প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Update trade license, Tax certificate, BIN.
2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 3(three) years.
3) A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e Civil Construction work /Civil maintenance work order value of minimum Tk. 2 (two) lac under a minimum 1 (one) contract over the last 5 (five) years in government-owned organization or company.
4) The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.5.0 (five) lac in the best 2(two) years over the last 5 (five) years.
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.0 (three) lac.
6) The work shall have to be completed by 30 (thirty) days.
7) As per TDS, PCC.
