* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৩৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i)Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in Building/ construction works. ii) Having Specific Experience in Successful completion of at least one (01) Number of Similar works of Civil, Sanitary, and Electrical works of Tk 9.00 Crore in a single (01) contract during last five (05) years. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed.iii) Tenderer must have Experience of at least one(01) number of supply and installation of sub-station works of Minimum 200 KVA during last five(05) years. Valid and updated Manufacturer's authorization Letter is required for sub-station items. (iv) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last five (05) years Tk 20.00 crore, Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. v) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk 3.5 crore Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive. vi) The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.vii) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost estimate, that tender will be non-responsive.viii) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 10.00 crore. ix) Tenderer must follow all other tender criteria as per IFT, ITT, TDS, GCC and PCC clauses & submit related documents with the tender.x) Tenderer must have up to date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electric licensing board..
