1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
2. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be BDT.=500000(Five lakh).
3. The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid trade license, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate, Valid VAT registration Certificate, TIN.
4. The Tenderer must submit: Manufacturer Authorization/Dealership/Agencyship Certificate and Catalogue.
5. he Tenderer shall have a minimum of 2 Years Audit Report.
