* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Local manufacturer who have industrial license, environmental clearance certificate from the Directorate of Environment (DoE) or; Tenderer shall be an authorized representative/agent of any country for supply of HDPE pipe. Authorization letters are required and to be submitted along with the tender. Incase of authorization industrial license, environmental clearance certificate also needed.
b) Minimum 5 years of general experience in the manufacturing and supplying of similar goods and related services.
c) Tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion certificate for supply of 500mm dia or above HDPE Pipe and fittings in double contract amounting Tk.4.50 crore and shall have installation experience of 450 mm dia or above HDPE pipe line in double contract amounting minimum Tk. 1.75 crore any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization in the last 5 years (Details describes in TDS). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
d) Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item [i.e. 1m HDPE pipe x 2 piece] in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of the depositing shall have to be attached with the Tender document.
e) Tenderer who fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in the TDS, PCC, other conditions of the tender documents and having updated valid trade license, VAT, TIN etc.
f) The minimum production capacity of the factory is 150 meter per day of 1000mm dia HDPE Pipe.
g) Factory test report of appropriate Govt./Semi Govt. Institute has to be submitted with the supplied goods.
h) Certificate in favor of the manufacturing of HDPE pipe as per ISO 4427-2:2007 standard, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 is required.
i) Incase of authorization agent Manufacturing company must have CE certificate. Tenderer shall have to submit CE certificate from the manufacturing company.
