প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 70 (Seventy) Lakh only under 1(ONE) of contract over a period of 3(THREE) years shall be required ;years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 90 (NINETY) Lakh over the last 3 (THREE) years ;years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 50 (FIFTY) Lakh
(d) The minimum capacity shall be: BDT 55 (FIFTY FIVE) LAKH Only
