প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
02. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Midicine of at least 01 (One) contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 1,70,000.00. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The Tenderer must submit the satisfactory completion certificate.
03. Tenderer must have updated wholesale/manufacturing drug license which will be valid till June, 2025.
04. GMP and ISO/US-FDA/Equivalent Certificate of manufacturer must be submitted.
05. If the Tenderer is not a manufacturer of a specific medicine item/items, Manufacturer`s Authorization Letter and GMP and ISO/US-FDA/Equivalent Certificate of that specific medicine item/items manufacturing company must be submited.
