প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer must be registered on e-GP Portal with a valid trade license, TIN Certificate.
2. Tenderer must submit similar nature work certificate, annual construction turnover certificate and liquid assets certificate. 3. Payment will be made after availability of fund.
4. Tenderer must submit line of credit certificate in PW2a-3 prescribed format which is to be uploaded in section 8 without alteration strictly, Credit commitment(s) substantiated by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh, issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission. 5. It is duty of contractor to submit all the documents freshly (without corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and evaluation committee could not able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer will be entertained regarding the file.6. Vat & IT will be deducted as per the prevailing government rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard. 7. Tender evaluation will be done following the latest gazette /circular from CPTU. 8. A detailed list of work in hand /ongoing works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted. 9. If any kind of obstacles/structures is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will do this at his/her own arrangement and cost. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
10. If BWDB owned/acquired land is not sufficient to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will do this at his/her own arrangement and cost. 11. Photo and video must have to be taken by the contractor at a different angle during prework and post-work measurement and submitted to the PE. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
12. All other criteria stated in the tender document.
13. In case of earth work BWDB and/or taskforce guideline for earth work must be followed.
14. Work Order will be issued after getting approval from competent authority.
