প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Enlisted contractors (Power Rig/Water Jet) of BMDA for Inverted/Normal DTW Sinking and Commissioning.
2. All Enlisted contractors shall have proper Drilling, Testing and Development (T& D) set. If the authorities think so, they will check the drilling and T&D set on site. If the specified equipment is not available during the verification, the concerned contractor will not be considered for tender evaluation.
3. Tenderer’s enlistment of BMDA to be renewed up to 2024 -25 and must have up dated Trade licence ,VAT Registration certificate , TIN etc .
4. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assete )/credit facilitie s Tk 17.00 lakh
5. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 18.00 Lac under Maximum 2 (two) of contract(s) over a period of Last 5 years shall be required.
6. Maximum number of lots /packages or awaded to the same lowest responsive bidder is limited to 2(Two) lots /packages.In case a bidder qualifies for work on more than one lot under e-GP system, the decision of the authority on awarding work on more than two lots shall be considered final. In this case, for the purpose of expediting the work of the project, the authority will consider the overall performance of the work done by the bidder in the past.
All other conditions as mentioned in the terder document should be fullfilled by the tenderer.
