* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,৬০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২,৬০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(A) Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five)years of general experience of supplying goods with good reputation.
(B) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar nature of goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 7.00 (Seven) Lac only. Tenderers must submit completion certificate supporting to specific work experience.
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lac only.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lac only supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the CPTU prescribed format (STD PG2-5).
(E) Minimum Tender Capacity must be Tk. 8.00 (Eight) Lac Only.
(F) Up-to dated Trade License, BIN, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate/ BIN Certificate
(G) Sample must be approved by procuring entity before delivery of goods. If price quotation is inappropriate to estimated rate, PE can take clarification from the tenderer.
N.B. PE reserves right to cancel the tender any time without any reason.
