প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works in successful completion of at least 01 (one) contract of minimum 6 storied building construction completed having floor area of at least 100000 sft and with a value of 35 (Thirty Five) crore or 02 (two) contracts of minimum 6 (six) storied building construction completed having floor area of at least 150000 sft in total with a value of 50 (fifty) crore but not less than 30 (thirty) crore in a single work order completed within the last 5 (five) years in Bangladesh including Civil, Sanitary, Electrical, Fire fighting/Gas connection system etc.
3. A minimum work experience is required in Public University/ Institute/ Medical College & Hospital/ Academic Building/ Student Hall construction within the last 5 (Five) years.
4. The Tenderer should have a valid trade license, ABC license, updated VAT and TAX
certificate other document as per tender schedule.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer
shall be Tk. 20 core (Twenty crore) and the document of Bank's undertaking line of credit
must be sumbitted as per ITT Clause form -PW3-7.
6. The works plan must be submitted by the tenderer.
7. Also Section-2 & Section-4 condition will be applicable.
