দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১১,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i)Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Building/ construction works.ii) Having Specific Experience in Successful completion of at least one (01) Number of Similar works of Construction of security fencing of Internee Doctor’s Dormitory (Male and Female) of Tk 35 Lac. in a single (01) contract during last five (05) years. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed.iii) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last five (05) years Tk 140 Lac. Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk 50 Lac, supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.v) The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.vi) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost estimate ,that tender will be non-responsive.vii) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 35 Lac.viii) Tenderer also must have followed all other tender criteria as per ITT, TDS and PCC clauses.ix) All papers shall have to be up-to-date according to TDS & IFT of this tender notice & documents. The papers are mentioned below:a) Trade license.b) VAT Registration Certificate.c) TIN Clearance Certificate.d) Authorization letter of Tenderer's representative duly attested by the Tenderer.e) latest Income Tax Clearance certificate.
