* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i. Up-to-date valid Trade License 2023-2024/ 2024-2025
ii) Tax Identification Number (TIN),
iii) VAT / BIN Registration Number/ Certificate,
iv) up-to-date Income Tax Certificate /income tax payment document, 2023-2024/ 2024-2025
v) NID,
vi) Bank Statement in any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the last 1 (One) Year
vii) Bank solvency certificate.
viii) Minimum general experience 3 years
ix) Minimum Experience Certificate of taka 1500000 ( 15 lakh) in favor of satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods in any office of Govt. Semi-Govt. Autonomous, Govt. Corporation, Govt. Financial Institutes/ Offices within last 3 years.
x) The contract will be continued for this financial year and bidder should oblige to supply goods at same price as per need of the institution.
xi) The bidder will provide required samples for physical verification at his own cost for the purpose of tender evaluation / trial run (if asked by evaluation / technical committee). If the samples found unsatisfactory, tenderer will be declared technically non-responsive.
xii) As per sample items must be same of sample.
xiii) Minimum liquid asset of 15 lakh or more ( supported by Audit report / bank statement)/ credit commitment )
xiv) Two Printed stickers depicting name, address of supplier, financial year of supply should glued on every furniture.
xv) For ss furniture all material (including welding) must be food grade 304 SS.
The design may be changed if necessary during the actual work .
xvi) 5% of total number of SS furniture will be cut randomly to verify actual thickness of various pipe boxes etc. The decision on what type of furniture will be cut will be entirely at the discretion of the TEC.
xvii) The factory will be visited as many times as necessary during the actual preparation period to ensure proper prepar
