1. A satisfactory completion of similar works (Wash Block/Public Toilet or building with Wash facilities) of at least Tk 50 Lakh under single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required.
2. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25 Lac .Use standard format in case of line of credit.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 67 Lac over the last 5 years.
