* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
a)Update Copy of Valid Trades License,
b)Update Copy of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate,
c) Copy of Valid VAT Certificate,
d) The Tenderer must have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/ Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PG3-8 in original form) of 25 (Twenty-five) lakh. Other formats/documents are not acceptable. (PG3-8 form attached in section-6)
e) Updated ABC Electric contractor license and Electric supervisory license from Electric licensing
board, Government of Bangladesh
f) The minimum Specific experience is Satisfactory Completion of Supply of Goods of similar nature and complexity [Supply of LED Wall display/LED Wall Panel will be considered as similar nature goods] of minimum value Tk.18.00 (Eighteen) lakh under maximum One (01) contract to any Government Organization/Semi-Government Organization/Autonomous body in the last Three (03) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
g) Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is required.
h) Original Printed Catalogue/ Brochure stating the technical features of all the goods must be uploaded (Provided technical specification of the offered goods must be supported by the original brochure of the product).
i) ) Up to date Import Registration Certificate (IRC).
