* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,০০০,০০০ ~ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) General experience :-
Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in repair/renovation/construction works of RCC Residential/Non Residential Buidling, roads, boundary wall, drain etc.
(b) Specific experience:-Having experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of RCC building Construction works to in a single contract of amount 50.00 (Fifty ) Lac during last 05(five) years in any Government / Semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. In case of the work done other than PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(c) Minimum average annual construction turn over :-
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 50.00 ( Fifty) Lac over the last 05 (Five) years. Only Payment certificate issued by competent authority shall be accepted as proof of turnover.
(d) Tender capacity: -
The minimum capacity shall be: TK. 55.00 (Fifty five) Lac.
(e) Liquid asset requirement: -
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 36.00 ( Thirty Six) Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2a-3 of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.
(f) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender.
