প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer should have the following criteria:
1. Tenderer must submit updated Trade Licence,TIN, updated TAX Certificate,NID, VAT Registration Certificate and Ownership Documents
2. Tenderers have to submit updated bank statement / Credit Commencement certificate mentioning the tender reference and Tender ID No. (in support of liquidity assets .
3. Tenderer should have the experience of supplying chemicals and. have Experience Certificates ( End user certificates must be submitted).
4. Tenderers have to submit manufacturer authorisation letter mentioning full address of the factory ( with email and whats app no.).
5. If Country of Origin of the chemical is Bangladesh in that case, Approval Certificate issued by the concerned Approval Authority of Bangladesh Government for manufacturing of Carbohydrazide will have to be submitted.
6. Tenderers have to submit MSDS ( Material Safety Data Sheet ) and Quality assurance certificate ( Certificate of updated analysis) of the item ( Carbohydrazide ( Oxygen Scavanger) ) from related manufacturer.
7. Documents of submitting Tender Security should be uploaded on eGP system.
8. and as per TDS.
