প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall have the construction experience of satisfactory completion of similar works of a minimum value under a single or multiple numbers of contracts over a period, as specified in the TDS.
1) The Tenderer shall have experience for civil construction work successfully completed over the last 5 years in a Single contacts amounting Tk. 25 lakh in Govt or Semi Govt/Autonomus organization.
2) Progress Report of Running Contractor Under PE's Organization must be Submitted. The certificate should be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
3) The tenderers having registered of CPTU.
4) The tenderer shall have renewed up to date trade license, TIN & VAT registration certificate.
5) Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of financial capacity to qualify for the performance of the Works under the Contract.
6) the average annual construction turnover as specified in the TDS during the period specified in the TDS
7) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 25 Lakh over the last Five years.
8) Availability of minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount as specified in the TDS
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 20 lakh) only. In case of liquid asset up to date document shall be submitted.
(9) The Minimum Tender Capacity as specified in the TDS.
The minimum capacity shall be:Tk 25 Lakh
