* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience.
2. The satisfactory completion of Installation of Fire Fighting Management System (with UL listed/FM approved major components i.e fire pump) of minimum Tk= 250.00 lac under single contract within last 5 (Five) years under any Government/Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies.
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. =350.00 Lac under public sector over last five years
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. =150.00 Lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets i.e working capital substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format ((in the PW3-7 form without any alteration), without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
4) The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate, Valid VAT registration Certificate and Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board
5) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in TDS of this tender.
