প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The Tenderer shall have to provide valid Trade License, valid Tax Tax Return Certificate and VAT registration number as a proof of taxation obligation, Audited Financial reports or bank statement or credit line(s) substantiated by any schedule Bank as documentary evidence to satisfy financial criteria as stated in ITT 9..
2) Tenderer should have successful Similar minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03 years, with a value of at least Tk 7 lac from Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Bodies. The tenderer shall submit End User certificate (s) as documentary evidence to satisfy experience criteria.
3) Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in a favor of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station in the form of DD/Pay order from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh.
4) The Tenderer must mention supply items' technical specification and country of origin.
5) Tenderer shall have to submit a sample of item no 15 & 16 along with the Tender and before tender opening. Physical verification of submitted sample(s) will be considered during evaluation. If the submitted any sample failed in that test to conform the technical specification, the tender of the Tenderer will be rejected. s
6)The Tenderer must fulfill other conditions as per tender data sheet (TDS)
