প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The tenderer must have the following Information:
(a) The tenderer must submit up to date electro-mechanical enlistment license issued by Dhaka WASA/PWD/WDB/PDB or any government organization.
(b) The tenderer must submit Up to date ABC Contractor's License from Electrical Licensing Board.
(c) The tenderer must submit Up to date ABC Supervisor's License from Electrical Licensing Board.
(d) The tenderer must submit Up to date Trade License.
(e) The tenderer must submit Up to date PSR (Proof of submission of return).
(f) The tenderer must submit VAT Registration certificate.
(g) Bank Statement (s) or Certificate (s) in support of Liquid assets or Credit facilities of minimum 2 Lakh Tk.
(h)The minimum specific experience in maintenance works of at least two(2) contract(s) successfully completed within the last three(3)years, each with a value of at least Tk 3.50 (three lakh and fifty thousand) taka only.
(I)The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 4 (Four) Lakh over the last five(5) years.
(j) Tenderer must have enlistment papers for automobile workshop from Dhaka WASA.
(k) Tenderer must have own/rented automobile workshop to complete the work.
(l) Tenderer must have necessary equipment needed to complete the work.
(m) All other terms & conditions stated in Tender Document TDS and PCC.
