02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 40 Lac over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
03.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 30 Lac issued by the Bank not earlier than 28 days prior the day of the original deadline for submission of e-Tender.
