প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) Years.
2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk-12.000 Lakh in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years.
3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk-18.000 Lakh over the last 05 (five)(18*5=90 lakh) Years, (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK -18.000 lakh. acceptable in the form of PW2(a)-3 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID.
5. Income tax clearance certificate upto date & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2024-2025).
Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
Note: Note: A Conctractor whose previous work is not satisfactory and also does not complete any work within stipulated time then the tenderer participating in this tender will be non-responsive
