* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderers must have experience to supplying goods of last three years with good reputation.
2. Tenderers must have experience to supplying similar goods/goods amounting to Tk.4.00 Lakh within last 5 (Five) years. Tenderers must submit completion certificate supporting to specific work experience.
3. Tenderers must have liquid asset amounting Tk.4.00 Lakh in the form of PG2-5.
4. Up to date Trade License & TIN Certificate.
5. BIN/VAT Certificate.
6. Sample must be approved by Procuring Entity before supply of goods. If price quotation is inappropriate to the estimated rate, PE can take clarification from the tenderer.
7. The tender shall be strictly evaluated on the basis of the PPA-2006 & PPR-2008. Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply incase of front loading.
Note : PE reserves right to cancel the tender any time without any reason.
