দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum general experience 05(five) years of the tenderer in the supply of lifts, brand & country of origin Wittur (Germany), Orana (Spain), MacPuarsa (Spain), Movi (Italy) or equipment product manufactured and tested in Japan/EU countires/ UK/ USA; Provided the lift manufacturing company shall have lift manufacturing capability for speed 4 m/sec (minimum).
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of lift brand & country of origin Wittur (Germany), Orana (Spain), MacPuarsa (Spain), Movi (Italy) or equipment product manufactured and tested in Japan/EU countires/ UK/ USA; provided the lift manufacturing company shall have lift manufacturing capability for speed 4 m/sec (minimum) at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk.1600.00(Sixteen hundred) lac.
3. The Tenderer supply capacity minimum 25(Twenty five) Nos lift per year above mention lift.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 1600.00(Sixteen hundred) lac. The tenderer must be submitted letter of commitment for bank’s undertaking line of credit in form PG3-8.
5. Must be submitted up to date trade license, VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC electric and supervisory licenses, manufacture's authorisation (PG-5) and IRC certificate.
6. Additional Qualification crriteria would have detail in TDS.
7. PE can right reject / cancelled any or all tender without assigned any reson..
