* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪০০,০০০ ~ ১,২০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer must have up to date trade license, Up to date Income tax Clearance certificate , Vat registration /e-BIN certificate.
2. Financial Capacity: The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the amount which is not less than TK. (3.00 Lakh) only by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh . The amount of liquid assets must be provided in Bank Statement or credit facilities according to PPR format (Form PG2-5,) Issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
3. Specific experience: The minimum specific experience certificate as Supplier in supply of chemicals of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last [5] years, with a value of at least Tk. [3.00 Lakh] Only.
4. Manufacturer’s Authorization letter must be submitted as per PPR format (Form PG3 - 6,) which must be issued directly from the manufacturer to tendered.Manufacturer’s Authorization from the local/ authorized dealer will not be accepted.
5. Acid import & selling and transport license must be provided for Acid import (All of these licenses must be updated )
6. Import Registration Certificate (IRC)
7. MSDS certificate of the products have to be submitted.
8. Distributorship Certificate from the manufacturer have to be submitted.
