দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,৬০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২,৬০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through BPPA along with a valid and updated Trade License, Vat Registration and TIN certificate.
(b) It is the duty of the Tenderer to submit all the documents freshly. If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation committee could not able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer will be entertained regarding the file.
(c) VAT & IT will be deducted as per the prevailing government rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
(d) Payment to the contractor will be made by the PE only after availability of fund and budget allocation. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
(e) Tenders and all parties’ constitutions the Tenderer shall not have a conflict of interest.
(f) The Authority may reduce the scope of work, if reduce the scope of work no claim will be entertained.
(g) All other criteria are stated in the Tender Document.
(e) Similar work means hydrological Discharge/ Water level/ Rainfall data collection only.
