দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following qualifications/capacities:
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Building construction / Electrification works.
ii) Having Specific Experience in Successful completion of at least 01(One) Number of Similar works (Supplying and Laying of HT Underground Cable connection from Sub-station to Building & RMU to RMU with road slab over the cable trenches construction) of Tk 140 Lac. in a single contract during last five years. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed.
iii) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk 700 Lac. Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.
iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk 190 Lac. supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.v) All other terms and Conditions as stated in the PPR-2008 will remain valid.
vi) The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
vii) Tenderer must have up to date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electric licensing board.
viii) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost estimate ,that tender will be non-responsive.
ix) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 150 Lac.
X) Tenderer also must have followed all other tender criteria as per ITT, TDS and PCC claus
