The Following conditions shall be Considered
1) Tenderers Only enlisted in the Enlistment for Limited Tender Method ( LTM) under Bandarban Road Division for the FY- 2023-2024 are eligible to Participate. Tenderers not enlisted for LTM shall be declared non- responsive during the evaluation process
2) Tenderers may submit enlistment serial number under Bandarban road division with the tender.
3. Apart from enlistment, tenderers are required to submit Valid Trade License, TIN and VAT certificates, Liquid Asset certificate and other necessary documents.
N.B: If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is
determined against any tenderer, then measurres shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
