* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or authorized representative of a manufacturer.
2. The tenderer shall have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods & related services.
3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Electric Fittings (Used for 10KV over head Line) minimum Tk. 1.40 Crore under maximum 02 (two) contracts in the last 05 (five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
4. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an Executive Engineer & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
5. For local manufacturer, the manufacturer must have updated industrial license & environmental clearance certificate. For foreign manufacturer, the manufacturer must have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate.
6. The tenderer shall submit sample of each item with drawing (if any) as per description of BOQ of the tender at Rajshahi Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi. Receipt of sample submission with manufacturer/factory test report must be uploaded with the tender.
7. Tenderer shall have Valid & updated trade license, income tax clearance certificate, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate.
