The contractor must submit the following documents while submitting
the tender documents for the described package works.
1. Similar work experience (Last 3 years) with a value of at least Tk.- 38,
00,000 (Thirty Eight Lac Taka) only. (Similar work shall mean Uni-Block
Road work only)
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.-
76, 50,000 (Seventy Six Lac Fifty Thousand Taka) only Last 3 years .
3. TheThe minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit
facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. - 40, 00,000 (Fourty Lac Taka) only.
4. The minimum amount of Tender Capacity Tk. =40, 00,000 (Fourty Lac
Taka) only.
5. Tenderer should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, TIN,
Income Tax Certificate (2023-2024). otherwise Tenderer will be considered
as Non-Responsive.
6. Up-to-date Contractor License
7. Construction Project Manager/Engineer & others staff (key personnel) with
their backgrounds.
8. Equipments (Road Roller, Concrete Mixture machine, Vibrator machine etc)
with papers.
9.Please include Environmental Plan (EMP) and Social Management Plan
(SMP) as part of the Tender Document.
10. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the
construction works shall be 5 (five) years.
NB: Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the
newspaper.
