প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer shall have
i) Valid & updated trade license.
ii) Valid & updated income tax TIN certificate
iii) Valid VAT registration certificate
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods & related services (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper/ e-GP System). The certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an Executive Engineer.
3 . The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of submersible motor winding wire or electrict goods of minimum Tk.14 Lac under single contract within last 05 (five) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper/e-GP System) in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization. The certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an Executive Engineer.
4. Tenderer shall submit 01 ( one) piece Sample in Thakurgaon Region store before submission of Tender and the tender document & receipt of sample submission attached with the tender.No offer will be entertained without submission of sample. All other conditions as mentioned in the tender document should be full filled by the tenderer.
