Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in construction/ repair works as Prime contractor shall be 5 years.
2. Tenderer shall be 05 (five) specific experience in construction works of a nature, complexity and methods/construction technology similar to the proposed works, in at least 02 (two) number of contract (s) Tk-2500000.00 and, single work order/purchase order with mininum value Tk-1500000.00 lac over a period of last 5 (five) years shall be required.
3. Documentary evidence of Bank Solvency.
4. Copy of the up to date Income TAX (TIN) payment certificate.
5. Copy of the up to date VAT (BIN) Registration Certificate.
6. Copy of the up to date Trade License.
7. Copy of National ID card.
8.Tenderer must have up to date valid document as a enlisted contractor from any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodys competent Authority.
