দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All Tenderers are Eligible having following qualifications/capacities:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Supplying of Usable Goods as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience of the Tenderer in the Supplying of Similar Usable Goods as Supplier of TK 30 Lakh under maximum 01 (one) contracts successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
iii) The minimum liquid asset amounting Tk 45 Lakh, supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PG3-8) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive.
iv) The tenderer should follow the Pro-Rata progress of the work.
v) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
(a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
(b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(c) Updated Trade license.
