* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All Tenderers of Government body are Eligible having following qualifications/capacities:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Supplying and Installation of Passenger lift as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supplying and Installation of Passenger lift of TK. 50 Lakh under maximum 01 (one) contracts successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years.i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System in any Govt. Organization of Bangladesh.
iii) The minimum supply or production capacity of Goods of Tk 50 Lakh per year substantiated by Audit Reports.
iv) The minimum liquid asset amounting Tk. 50 Lakh, supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PG3-8) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.
v) A Manufacturer’s Authorisation Letter is required for Lift and Spare Part items listed in the Price and Delivery schedule for Goods and related Service (Section 5).
vi) The tenderer should follow the Pro-Rata progress of the work.
vii) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
(a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
(b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(c) Updated Trade license.
(d) Updated ABC/BC Category contractory and Supervisory license from Electric Licensing Board.
