* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৫০,০০০ ~ ৪৫০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) Contractor having experence on doing same nature of work;
(b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Providing Cleaning Person as Prime Contractor shall be Five [5] years;
(c) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor at least one [1] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [3] years with a value of at least TK. Ten [10] Lac yearly at any Organization or Institution;
(d) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than TK Thirteen [13.0] Lac over the period may be the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years;
(e) To prove the availability of liquid assets; the Tenderers must be submitted a credit line(s) certificate from any scheduled bank mentioning the Tender ID with an amount of at least TK. Six [6.0] Lac;
(f) e-TIN certificate, Vat registration, updated trade license and updated income tax payment certificate to be submitted along with the tender;
(g) Tender security is an amount of TK. 4,500/- (Four Thousand Five Hundred) to be submitted in favor of BHBFC as a bank draft/pay order in the e-GP system through Bank;
(h) CV of a Supervisor with a least 5 years experience certificate to be submitted;
(i) Copy of NID of tenderer and Authorization letter of a person who will contact with the office of BHBFC including his/her NID;
(j) No Joint Venture Company (JVC) will be accepted for this Tender;
(k) No running bill will be entertained. Tenderers are requested to submit the rate in monthly basis;
(l) Tenderers are requested to see the special term & conditions before submitting theTender.
