* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫০০,০০০ ~ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5(five) Years general experience in Construction works.
(b)Having experience in Successfully completion of at least 1(one) Number of similar type Building construction/repair work amount of Tk. 4.20 Lakh. in a single Tender during last 3 (three) years. Certificate of authentication in respect of the work should have to be furnished by the Tender along with Tender documents in the following manner as applicable.
(c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 18.00 Lakh. during the last 05 (five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper. Payment certificate issued by competent authority shall be accepted as proof of turnover.
(d)The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e.Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form) of Tk. 6.00 Lakh. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(e)The Minimum tender Capacity shall be Tk. 4.50 Lakh. Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted.
(f)According to ITT clause no. 30.3,Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
(g)The tenderer must have to submit up to date Income tax clearance certificate , up to date Trade License , Vat registration Certificate, e- TIN etc.
