দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Electrical contractor with ABC license.
2)The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 5 (Five) years.
3) The Tenderer’s shall have the factory facility of untanking, tanking, repairing and testing 132KV or more voltage level Power Transformer.
4) The tenderer must have similar work experience of min. Tk. 30.00 Lac in a single work completion certificate including 132KV of above voltage Power Transformer transportation, untanking, testing, repairing, works over the last 5 (five) years. Any experience less than 132kv voltage  level or not relevant to the work shall not be considered as qualification criteria.
5)Transformer manufacturer of 132 Kv and above is also eligible for the tender.
6) The average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 80 (eighty) lac in the best 2 (two) years over the last 5 (five) years.
7) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40 (forty) lac.
 
All fees (i.e, Tender Security and Performance Security etc.) should be in favour of "Power Grid Bangladesh PLC."
