(A) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience in construction works.
(B) Having experience in successful completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar work (Rain Water Harvesting) completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 70.00 lac. in a single work order/tender under any Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. In case of the work done under any Public Works Division, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer
(C) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover in last 5 (five) years of Tk. 170.0 lac. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
(D) The minimum amount of liquid asset or works capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk. 80.00 lac. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related works. Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for line of credit. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(E) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 70.00 Lac.
(F) The tenderer must possess
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license.
(G) Other required eligibility and conditions are shown in TDS, PCC.
