* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৭৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২,২০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 100% of offered value.
Liquid asset must be in the form of bank statement from any scheduled bank mentioning the tender ID and name of the work.
Tenderer have to submit the following Documents otherwise will be Disqualified:
a) Valid e-Tin Certificate, Latest Income Tax Return Certificate, Vat Certificate, Up-to-date Trade License.
b) Tenderer must have at least two satisfactory completion of similar/ related Goods of supplying GT Compressor washing chemical a minimum amount of Tk. 5,00,000/- (Five lac) each in a single Contract in any Government / Semigovernment/ Autonomous Organization within last 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
c) Tenderer will have to submit a certificate of conformity of country of origin of the supplied goods. 
d) Tenderer must submit the Third-Party Test Report from independent EU/G-7 Standard Testing Laboratory during bid documents submission. The test reports should be original one. If photocopy of test report is submitted, that should be certified by Notary Public/Chamber of Commerce.
e) The Completed Technical specification and compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3) as furnished in Section 5: e-Tender

f) The completed Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods (Form e-PG2-2A) as furnished in Section 5: e-Tender Forms as statedunder ITT Clauses 10.1(b)
