* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
01. A satisfactory completion of repairing and maintenance work at least Tk 8.00 (Eight Point Zero) Lac under one (single) contract over a period of last 5 (Five) years will be required.
02. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets of Tk.12.00 (Twelve Point Zero Zero) Lac substantiated by Audit Reports or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW2a-3), without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender for this Contract as stated under ITT Sub Clause 10.1(b)
03. Clear scan copy of Income Tax Return Acknowledgement/Certificate and Vat (Up to September-2024)
04. Work order will be issued on the basis of sanction estimate, budgetary provision and after getting clearance from the competent authority thereof for which no claim will be accepted.
05. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No extra claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased or increased quantity of the work.
06. Bill Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No extra claim or extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
07. All required documents should be clear scan copy of the originals otherwise that document won’t be accepted.
