* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Submit Valid and Updated trade liecense. Updated VAT registration certificate & TIN certificate, Updated Tax return documents/certificate.
2. Tenderer shall have have to submit the catalogue of offered items including details technical specification and drawings (Only for 230KV PT).
3. Experience certificate of supply, testing and commissioning of 230KV PT during the last 05 years either tenderer or manufacturer.
4. During Supply of item#01 (230KV PT), tenderer shall have to submit factory test report.
5. If tenderer does not manufacturer, shall have to submit manufacturer authorization letter for all items. In authorization letter should be mentioned E-mail address, Telephone/Fax, designated with detail address of manufacturer representative duly signed in the manufacturer official pad. BPDB will communicate during evaluation stage at the mentioned address for confirmation of the authorization/End user. If there is no response received from the manufacturer/End user representative, the Bid will be subjected to rejection.
6. Bank Solvency/Guarantee certificate minimum Tk. 60,00,000.00 (Sixty Lakhs).
