* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,২৭৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,৮৩০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Bidders submit the copy of the following documents at the time of tender submission
i. Ownership of Institution, ii.Bank solvency certificate, iii.VAT Registration and Tax certificate(updated), iv.Experience certificate of similar works.v. Electrical A,B&C License
2. Bidder have manufacturing/repair facility of 132kV or above capacity transformer.
3. Bidder have transformer repair work experience of Tk- 20 Lac of 132kV or above capacity transformer by single tender in last 03 years in PGCB/BPDB/REB or any autonomous or Govt Own Company.
4. List of equipment and manpower must be submitted during submission of tender.
5. Bidder must have at least 2 B.Sc Engineer(EEE), 1 B. Sc Engineer(ME) and 4 Diploma Engineer.
6. After repairing, as per TDS test must be completed and associated documents of testing report must be submitted.
7. Bidder have vacuum drying chamber, testing Facilities of impulse voltage of 175 KV or above, core tanking & untanking ,Ratio test,Tan-delta of oil and whole transformer including bushing,DGA and other Standard testing facilities as per standard.
8. If any damage occurs , bidder must bear the cost.
9. A chart illustrating the planning and process of works must be provided to Power Grid.
10. Other criteria as ITT clause (Qualification Criteria)
