Last 3 years (2022, 2023 & 2024) Litigation History.
Last 3 years (2022, 2023 & 2024) Audit Report.
Work order & Agreement in favour of experience certificate.
Special Instruction:
The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per Administrative approval/Budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/issuance of work order.
Work order will be issued after obtaining Budget allocation & prior approval from the competent authority of RMCH.
Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
Work could not be hampered by the bidder showing the cause of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation.
The Work must be completed within the stipulated time failure of which action will be taken as per Tender Clause & PPR-2008.
The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
