* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
• Tenderers who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of similar goods and related services will be eligible for this tender.
• The minimum supply value of laboratory equipment/glassware under a single contract in the last 5 (Five) years is Tk. 112.00 (One Hundred twelve) lakhs. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 100.00 (One Hundred) lakhs.
• ISO 9001:2015 Certificate in favour of the manufacturer of goods is required.
• The Tenderer must have the up-to-date trade license, income tax and VAT registration certificate.
• The Tenderer must have all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
• Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defect’s liability period are not eligible to participate the tender.
• Any fraudulent practice will liable to debarment of the tenderer.
