Specific experience with Work order & Agreement of at least 02(two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, Total value of Tk. 26.00 Lac.
Liquid assets i.e credit line(s) (Form PG3-8) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 26.00 Lac.
Up-to-date Trade License 2024-25, TIN Certificate 2023-24, e-BIN Certificate; & NID.
Last 3 (2022, 2023 & 2024) years Litigation History.
Last 3 (2021, 2022 & 2023) years Audit Report.
National ID Card of authorised person.
Brochures.
Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed.
Import Registration Certificate (IRC).
B. Special Instruction:
Goods should be supplied as per samples kept in RMCH store.
Expiry date of supplied products shall minimum 02(two) years.
The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
C. Other required condition of the tender is shown in tender data sheet (TDS).
