* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫১৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৫৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫১৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১,৫৫০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of the general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 (five) years.
2. A satisfactory completion of a similar supply of Material of at least BDT 5 (Five) lakh under one single contract over the last 7 (Seven) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 7 (Seven) lakh.
4. Up to date ISO 9001:2000; ISO 14001 and Authorization Certificate /Dealership/Agent/Importer of the Manufacturer of Pump Motor Set must be attached.
5. Original Catalogue of the Manufacturer of the Pump Motor Set must be attached.
6. Tenderer must have to submit 1 (one) sample of pump motor set with control panel board according to technical specifications before 5:00 pm, 14, November, 2024 to the office of the Superinteding Engineer to Khulna WASA Store. The sample will be tested according to the tender specification in BUET/KUET/DUET laboratory and the test fee will be paid by the bidder. After the supply one pump motor Set will be tested again in BUET/KUET/DUET laboratory and the test fee will be paid by the supplier.
7. Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate & Nationality certificate must be attached.
Failure to submit any one document mentioned above will cause Rejection or Non-Responsive of the tender.
