দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of work of same nature and complexity including LPG gas connection work  whose work value at least of Tk. 120(One Hundred Twenty) lac in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years.
In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
In case of the work done under any Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk. 300(Three Hundred) lac.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.130 lac, which should be submitted by prescribed form of CPTU(PW2a3)
e) The Tenderer must posses
i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate from concerned office. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate.
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender document.
