প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate according to Prime Minister Gazette.
2.Tenderer can win maximum one (01) nos of Tender in the same Tender Notice.
3. Valid Trade License (Up to date)
4. Valid tax clearance certificate (Up to date)
5. Valid VAT & TIN certificate.
6. Up to dated ABC/BC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
7. Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of EED after varified by respective organization.
8. Submit Valid manufacturer’s authorization letter for the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company.
9. Submit Valid Agency ship certificate of the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company.
10. Submitted valid document in reply of any others terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this Tender.
11. If the proposed Lift brand by the bidder which is other than the brand mentioned the tender documents, if is the not acceptable by TEC Committee during the evaluation will be considered non-responsive, in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final.
12. If Rate quote found Excessive Less or above than the estimated price in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final.
13. Tenderer must submit Authorization Letter. (Mention Tender Id & Works Name in Farm Pad)
