* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The tenderer must have the following Information:
(a) The tenderer must submit up to date electro-mechanical enlistment license issued by Dhaka WASA/PWD/WDB/PDB or any government organization.
(b) The tenderer must submit Up to date ABC Contractor's License from Electrical Licensing Board.
(c) The tenderer must submit Up to date ABC Supervisor's License from Electrical Licensing Board.
(d) The tenderer must submit Up to date Trade License .
(e) The tenderer must submit Up to date PSR (Proof of submission of return).
(f) The tenderer must submit VAT Registration certificate.
(g) Bank Statement (s) or Certificate (s) in support of Liquid assets or Credit facilities of minimum 6 Lakh Tk. (Bank statement or certificate should be issued maximum one month before publishing IFT).
(h) The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least two(2) contract(s) successfully completed within the last three(3)years, each with a value of at least Tk. 06 (six) Lakh.
(I)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 12 (twelve) Lakh over the last five(5) years.
(j)The Contractor must have essential equipment for the work (Magger, Avo meter, Clipon meter, tool box and other necessary tools) proof of which must be submitted.
(k) Tenderer must submit skilled manpower i.e. site engineer, supervisor & technician.
(l) Tenderer must have own/rented registered workshop with necessary equipments and machineries needed inside workshop to complete the work.
(m) All other terms & conditions stated in Tender Documents (TDS and PCC).
