* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৭০,০০০,০০০ ~ ২১০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Bonafide Printing press (within the country) must have OMR sheet product Machine facilities, OMR scanning Machine facilities, four color web-off-set printing machine- capable of printing OMR forms with Litho code, QR code, barcode and capable of continuous computer papers printing. Litho-coding, QR coding, Bar coding, numbering, perforation, cutting must be in same line of production.
General experience: The tenderer shall have minimum 05(five) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
Specific experience: The tenderer shall have minimum 03(three) years of specific experience in supplying of similar goods (supply of Answer Scripts, MCQ OMR & same type Pre-printed forms) to Govt./ semi Govt./ autonomous organizations with at maximum two contract successfully completed within last 03(three) years with a value of at least BDT 6(Six) Crore (years counting backwards from the date of tender submission). Notification of Award (NOA), work order & supply agreement are not acceptable as specific experience. Only successful completion certificate from a genuine authority clearly showing the specific experience in supplying similar goods within specific time will be accepted.
Financial Capacity: The minimum capacity of liquid assets including bank solvency and credit facilities approved against the tenderer, net of other contractual commitments is BDT 6(Six) Crore.
